Game UI Design: Crazy Dutch Weather

I designed UI for a mixed media card game called Crazy Dutch Weather for a 7 weeks school project (Hanze UAS, Groningen, Netherlands - CMGT Block 01). The UI design work was done in the last week of the project. Most of the elements were made in a few days.

I also did part of the game logo.

The app shows players regular and Truth Questions, Actions. There is a spinner in the app to determine which of the of 3 the player gets for a round. The app also shows the game guide and the team who made the game.

Used Ai for UI design and Unity was used for App development.

I provided the UI assets while the developer placed them in the game in Unity, which is why you may notice some changes in alignments, sizes, colors etc. in the app.

Gameplay Screen: Action Statements

The Red-ish Color and an Alert Symbol sends the message to the player to expect change in course of action.

I had plans to populate the background into a complete scenary with environmental elements remaining within a minimalist design approach but due to the time constraints had to priotize other areas of the project instead.
